Changing text in scenarios

I was attempting to modify the scenarios by renaming airfields and playing with various aircraft numbers at the various airfields. However, when I tried to save them, said the path was incorrect and would not allow me to save them. I had no issues doing this on my desktop which has XP. Is this something peculiar for Vista? any help greatly appreciated. Thanks

This may be a bit late, but here is the reason. It to do with the Compatibility Files folder.

Click on Start then Computer

Local Disc C:\Program Files\Sonalysts Combat Simulations\fleet command\

then click on Compatibility Files.

Tried editing and saving the files in there, or another way is cut/paste the file you would like to edit onto the desktop. Do the editing you want to do, then save the file on the desktop then cut/paste the file back into the Scenario folder.

The easy way to stop this happening is turn off the UAC, in the User Account's setting.
