NWP FORUM POLICIES

Regarding discussing FC database editing,

1) We do not discuss NWP database editing on our forums as there are many parts of our work that are not disclosed to the public and that are not part of the original FC configurations so making changes to a NWP database case cause problems with or without your knowing about it. Obviously there is no way for the NWP team to help with tech support in such cases.

2) You can discuss editing your own personal databases, example; non-NWP databases. In this case, you at you own risk but please do not ask for our assistance in doing so as our team has enough to do as it is. Note though this is not an invitation to advertise competing projects so a measure of professional courtesy is required for posting on our forums.

We will shortly end support for the Jane's version of Fleet Command. So the patches and updates for the Jane's version will no longer be available.

Yet the NWP update will still work with Jane's FC. If you are using the older Jane's version of FC you really need to update to the SCS version for XP/Vista compatiblability. To purchase a copy of the newer SCS see our online store here; http://www.nws-online.net (http://www.nws-online.netfc/)
