Has far as I know the aircraft that haven't got radar are not suppose to have it, but make a list of the ones you have found without, so they can be check.:D

Actually most non-fighter based EW aircraft don't have radar. Radar makes them a target and their mission is to listen and jam and not to be seen. Also the space, power draw and manning can be better used by more ELINT, EW, ECM gear and personnel.

But like FCCC says, put a list together and let us look at it. Gosh, we may have made a mistake. (Like that never happens.)
