Default Realtime video capture of Fleet Command

I have been trying to screen capture Fleet Command with Camtasia Studio 5. I can get the software to record the game, but it flicks when I play it back. I have set all the graphic card setting to high performance and also turn off my PC Tools Internet Security software and all other not needed software, but it still seam to flicks.

Any ideas that might help me with the above would be great thank's.

Nope it's not free, but you can download a fully-functional trial and it runs for 30 days after installation.

Also it not cheap $299 but it is very good.

Here is the web site if you would like to try it out.

Has anyone been able to do a FC video recording using software only with 800 x 600 resolution and get better than 18 frames per second?

I know I can't get better than 18 FPS, its got to be how Fleet Command renders the frames because other games/sims that take up more CPU and GPU resources have much better FPS when video recording than Fleet Command. Armed Assault, which hugely hogs video and CPU resources gave me 25 FPS steady recording on medium detail.
